Shipping Policy:

​Order shipping time is 2-5 business days. Processing time is 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the USPS website.​

  Queen Monae' Cosmetics isn't responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. We safetly package all of our packages and our products with love and care like any king or queen will love. All items are final sale, no refunds or returns. Refunds or order cancellations may only be made prior to orders being shipped. For security reasons, no address changes will be made following the order being placed. If an address change needs to be made, please contact customer service for your order to be canceled, and refunded, and the order must be placed again with the correct address.

All Cosmetics Are Homemade & Handmade. My Lipgloss Tubes/Wands, Body Butter & Body/Lip Scrub Jars Are Washed & Wiped Down With Clorox Wipes Before Packaging.
