Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we don't. We will probably start some time when "Covid" is out but due to "Covid" we don't . Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
(Please note, due to Covid shipping rates may be higher than usual and are calculated by the USPS.)
 

 

How long is order processing time?

Processing time is 1-3 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once items have shipped.

 

 

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Unfortunately for security purposes, we are unable to ship to any address other than the address that was used when your order was placed. 

 

 

May I cancel my order?

If your item has not already been shipped, you are able to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service email:queenmonaecosmetics@gmail.com with your order #, for assistance. If your item has already been shipped, your order may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Please refer to our refund policy for any further questions.

 

When are the out of stock products restocking?

We restock items regularly.  We also announce our restock dates via our Instagram account, @Queen Monae' Cosmetics


How often do you restock?

I will do my best to restock based off of the overall sell out rate but restock dates vary depending on product availability.

 

How many products can i buy in one order?

As many as you will like.

 


What method is used for shipping?

All orders and  packages are shipped via USPS. We are moving toward USPS for cheaper and safer care of your packages and orders.

   

 

Do you offer returns?

No, All sales are final. Please refer to our refund policy.

Yes. Usually during holidays or when a new goal has been reached.
